   Caller spoke poor and nearly unintelligent English (perhaps Indian). Claimed to be offering refinancing of mortgages at 4% and at the same time improve credit scores. Caller knew my name. When asked the name of their company they responded with ... something unintelligable... bla bla... "SS". When asked to repeat I could only hear the "SS" at the end. I asked them to hang up, they refused. Told them that as soon as I hung up I was calling the attorney general and report them. They laughed, said go ahead, protect myself. I hung up, they called back, I asked to speak to a supervisor, went through whole conversation again, then hung up. (I gave them no information, didn't even confirm my name)
