It's from a marketing research company called Advantage Research. They call to ask you opinions about products or services you may have received, so that they can go back to the company and tell them what kinds of things their customers are saying so they can change it and make it better. They never try to sell you anything, and sometimes even give you money for your opinions if it's that kind of study. It's actually kind of fun taking surveys, especially if it is about a service you were especially dissatisfied with. Then you can bash them all you want and know it will get back to the company without being attached to your name, and hopefully they'll whip themselves into shape to better serve you! If you don't want to participate in the survey, you can just answer the call and ask to please be removed from the list.
