Follow-up...I lost internet connection and eventually I had to hook up a new router and my cable company made me call linksys first...argh! I called and spent one hour and thrity-eight minutes on the phone and only got my laptop up and running...I paid the $9.99 for the service, but, still needed the vertical PC connected so I can print labels for shiping orders. They guy would not wait for me to test and he asked if he could put me on hold and after ten minutes on my cell phone...he hung up on me...I complained...they said I could call back and I did in two days bc it wears me out to go through this process...I was on the phone for one hour and four minutes the second time and my system was completely disconnected and reconfigured and now works like a dream! I wish I had taken the call so I could give good feed back (even though the time was excessive 2.5 hours.) and say something positive about the second buy that helped me. My local cable wanted to send out an expensive technician or have me call Microsoft. (Seeing red...)

It must be Linksys! Just read post by dailyfooddiaryuser for Aug 21. I am in process for hooking up my Linksys Router. Didn't do it yet because they want 30.00 to do so... I am trying to see if there is a way to do so without having them help me since I originally hooked it up a few years ago without their help... Now I know who it is. Just wait until I answer... Thanks to this site.
