Just got my first call from these ppl, didn't answer. I am one of those ppl who has gone to GREAT pains for many years to stop this type of call and, unfortunately, I have recently done business with Verizon and Best Buy. I will be returning the item and cancelling my service. It is my right. :))

Have recieved several calls. Did not answer because I did not know who belonged to the number. Decided to look up number, glad I did because of this web site. My number is on the no call list, do not know how they got my number. I will not answer when this number appears and will report them.

They called twice, and when I say hello, there is nothing. The second time I said hello three times before the call disconnected. As I'm writing this they called back a third time, this time someone said they were conducting a customer satisfaction survey for HSBC. I asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. She told me to have a good day, and immediately ended the call.

I live in Santa Clara, California, and had this number call me at 6pm my time (don't they know we don't all eat dinner at the same time lol)and thought why is someone from Omaha, Nebraska calling me? So I got curious and googled it, yeah, found some info, and here I am. It's only annoying because I'm currently looking for a job and I never know who and from where will be calling me. Otherwise it's no big deal if you don't recognize the number, don't answer, and who cares if they don't leave a message.

I called the number back and got a recording. They explained that they were a survey company and not selling anything (in other words "What we are doing isn't technically a crime"). They did have the option of leaving my number to be removed from their list. Assuming they are being honest and will remove my number, that's about as good as you can expect.

In my research, I found there web site www.themsrgroup.com. According to there website, they are a market research company that claims to be on the up and up. This is the first time that I received a call. One of the other comments questions whether they were connected to My Pyoints. I participate in My Points so there maybe a connection.
