Same complaints here. I get called at late hours and on weekends. I don't answer. No messages are left. Google searches say its "citibank," "research company," "surveys," "goodyear," etc...so I'm not really sure who this number is. If anyone has contacted a company head or knows who to call to make these calls stop, please post! They are creepy and annoying! Thanks.

Received calls from this number on my cell phone about 6 months ago..for several weeks almost every other day including weekends and late evenings. They finally just stopped. About 2 weeks ago they started all over again. Regardless of who this company is, their persistence is annoying and should not be tolerated NOR permitted. It's verging on harrassment and should be treated as such. If I were to call their company (whomever it is) over and over and over, I would be willing to bet they would somehow find a way to report me to authorities...why can't we collectively get them stopped?

I just got a call from these people, it was a recording. A man's voice sounded English. Only problem with complaining with the do not call registery is if the people who are calling you are on subscribed to it. If they aren't there is nothing they can do. Best thing to do is to file a complaint with the FCC. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm I've already filed complaints with the FCC about 2 other numbers that have called.
