its a pre payd calling card that we buy in canada simply that and some time this automatic service broke down and your caller have to hang up because it not going true but you receibve acall whit no noise nothing exept some time a portion of the noise from you caller place its that simple now you know

shellboy79 is RIGHT. Someone called me from that number and didn't say anything, so they called back and I let it go to voice mail. I checked the voice mail, it was my friend from B.C. who uses a calling card and it doesn't always go through the first time, so he has to call back.

Got a call from this number at 5:22pm and then my Bf got the same call at 5:24pm. Both were from 416 210 3998. Tried to call back and it goes to a BELL CANADA voice mail box that requires a password to enter into it. Weird.
