Man kept asking for my wife or the head of the household. I asked what this was in reference to; he repeated that he needed to speak to the head of the household. I again asked what this was in reference to, he again evaded me. I then said "Last chance..." but he didn't answer, so I hung up. Other services online report this as being from the Fraternal Order of Police, but he never told me who he represented. Apparently, the caller ID used to report "Unavailable," but I guess too many people wouldn't answer, so today it said "Local Call" which happens to be untrue in my case based on the number that appeared.

This has shown up on my CID at least twice before I answered it 3 days ago. They asked to speak to the name my phone is LISTED under but hasn't been my last name for years. That is why I knew this wasn't a legit call, especially since they asked to speak to Mr. or Mrs. "LastName" after I kept giving them the runaround. My husband has NEVER been Mr. "LastName"!!! I told him, that I wasn't that person (well, I am but I'm not!) and what did they want. Then asked to speak to Mr. LastName, I very truthfully said there isn't anyone by that name at this number. I asked what did he want, what was he selling. He got bent out of shape after the run around and said, I'll call back later and speak to them. Well, that won't happen! I'm so glad I decided to Google the name and did find out what this was about! And, it was NOT a local call.
