this is a collections agency.. they called me numerous times and they are kind of rude. they offered me a settlement like two weeks ago on a us bank account that i closed out a long time ago, which to me i dont see why i am having to pay it off when it was us banks fault that i had the overdraft that occured . not to mention this was over four years ago and they settled it with me when we closed the account but yet now its 2008 and i am hearing from them once again.
