I've been very upset that this caller is bothering me every day since I visited an AT&T store. The sale person asked me for my home phone number, I have no idea why, and ever since I've been called at least twice a day from 615-886-7224.

These guys called me -- I recently tested out AT&T service, then decided I'd stick with my T-Mobile line. They asked me to verfiy my name, asked me if I was using my cell phone (which I was), asked if I had a landline (which I don''t), asked for my email address (which I refused), and then told me that the "survey" couldn't be continued on my cell phone. Told me repeatedly that this wasn't a sales call. After I refused to give out my email, he thanked me and hung up.

recieved 6 calls from 615-886-7224 yesterday (1 april '08) funny thing, we cancelled our cingular/att cells the day before due to lousy service here after moving from another area and having the service for 13 years. at&t was nasty at two store fronts and we finally called them. lady also was nasty and argued with us to try and keep our business. THEN the calls started at 10:30 am every two hours for three of them then every hour for the second 3, i shut down the ringers and the answering machine for the night. reporting all 6 calls to donotcall.gov. so far today it has been quiet!!!

I don't know if this is a coincidence,but I just realized my contract expired on my At&T/Cingular cell contract,which I have done nothing about yet.I really am annoyed and want these calls to cease.

I keep getting the same call, on my new AT&T cell, funny calls started after I ported my last number. To At&T it appears I cancelled the account on the last number. So I assume it is them. Now has anyone read the Do not call fine print if you delt with AT&T they (or any of their business partners have the right to call you for up to a year after having a business dealing. This also applies when a retail store asks for your phone number. So being on the DNC list won't stop these calls.

received 3 calls from this number in the last 2 days. I always wait to see if they leave a message but they never do. Now from reading the other posts it appears the calls have something to do with me switching my service provider from AT&T to something else and that the calls will keep coming. How can they harass so many people like this?
