These guys call 4 to 5 times a day about a debt that is over 5 years old. This debt was charged off in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and has gone past the 3 year prescription date. This is the 4th collection agency that has contacted me about this debt. The solution is to either ignore them or hire an attorney to call them and tell them to quit calling or face harrassment charges. This usually works, until the next collection agency buys this debt.

These guys have bought some old account that was settle 12 years ago and then sold illegaly for 5 cents per hundred; and they have become the greatest nuisance on the internet. I can imagine 1 person with several auto-dialers just pumping out their calls 20 hours per day. They are very ignorant of the legal aspects of such calls. We need some hacker to put them to rest.

I have received several calls from this number. It comes up on my caller ID as out of area. Whoever it is, they are not leaving any messages. I don't answer my phone from numbers or names I don't recognize.

Calls day and night. When finally answered it's Redline Recovery asking for a payment 8 times the amount of the original debt. Would not provide any written info or agent's name. Caller was vulgar and rude when I refused to comply. I expect them to call again tomorrow like clockwork.

Why don't you all just admit that you ran off with the money you borrowed and quit pretending that you don't know who is calling you. They are not calling for fun or sport, they are calling because you broke your promise to give back the money you borrowed and are now hiding behind your answering machines

Call came in identifying himself as "Paul" looking for someone who does not live at my sumber. When I argued about it, he asked me how long I have had this number, and even gave me the address of the person whom he was looking for, which is not even on this side of my state - I suggested he remove my number, and if he did not believe me, he could google my phone number to see the address to which it belongs. I told him I was tired of getting calls from this stupid number, at least 4 or 5 a day, and he said it was no more stupid than living in Georgia. I called back, asked for a supervisor, spoke with Wanda, who was very pleasant, and said she would get to the bottom of the matter. Really, I just want them to stop calling and harrassing me about someone else.

This company called me twice within an hour. I called them back and said i was from my cell number. She asked if i was Anna. Im not anna. I told her to stop calling and put me on the do not call list. She then procededed to tell me that there has been a problem with there calling machine. I told her that her company is a scam and place me on the do not call list. She tried to explain that she has to verify that i do not have an account with them. I told her again to place me on the do not call list and her company is a scam and if they keep calling i will report them to the better business Bureo. I hope this works.

Spoke to my wife claiming I owed many thousands of dollars on former wife's credit cards. I spoke to them and they started threats abusive and foul language. I hung up.
