   I believe that this phone call is coming from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. All calls from the cool show this number in their caller ID. It is not a solicitor.

   This number is actively involved in a telephone phishing scheme (getting personal information to be used in fraud). Caller claimed to represent a U. Mich. survey, offered money for participation, used aggressive dialogue to try to keep me on the phone, which I suspect wouldn't be a part of a University study's tatics.

   Said they needed personal information for their records. We refused to give it to them because it was 9pm on a Sunday. I would hate to know what would have happened with my info if the call time did not raise suspicion.
