   I recieved a call from this number yesterday, and there was dead silence. I hung up. Then again today from the same number, this time I said "Hello" very loudly after hearing the silence and I obviously triggered their system because an operator came on the line. She said something I didn't understand so I said, "Excuse Me?". She then said, "Espanol?". To which I replied, "No". Then again she said, "Espanol?". Again, I said "No". Then a third time she asked to which I replied, "No... I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH...! ENGLISH." Then I asked where she was calling from and she hung up.
