They call our house 5-6 times per day while we are at work and leave no message. I answered the phone everytime they called on Saturday just to be hung up on after saying "Hello". We only have one credit card and it is paid off. So I am not sure who this is or why they keep calling.

these people are awful! i tried this credit card. and cancelled it when someone else got the number. well at least i thought i did because i talked to someone. they customer service is so rude. they said they would transfer me to some dept which never picked up. their attitudes are very rude when you do talk them. its tempting to change my cell number, but instead i just dont answer it. i wish i could get them to stop calling me. then they use several different numbers as well.

this# calls 2 3 times a day everyday except sunday. i think the name is K.Sweir. when i answer no one picks up. i just look at my caller ID and just don't answer. When the answering machine picks up they don't leave a message. very very aggravating.
