Rhonda or Rhoda called about 7:30 pm CT and wanted to enroll me in a Personal Privacy program. Will mail me packet of information and credit reports. Had my name, last 4 digits of SS and last 4 digits of a major credit card I have. This service, if I elect it, will cost me $12.99 a month which will be charged to my credit card. This is the first time I've been home when someone from this number tried to call me. Claims to be with Bank of America. Is this a hoax? I'll talk to bank. Call back number she gave me was 1-800-516-9561.

Has been calling for at least 5 weeks, several times a day, mostly in the evening but not unusual to get calls around 9:00am or 12:00pm. What person who has a job is home then? I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and have complained several times. They are harrassing and annoying me. Who are they and how can I make them stop!

This number called me 3 times today and has been calling me consistently. I finally dialed back the number and the recording says the office is now closed and their business hours is Monday through Friday 9am-5pm mountain time. I don't understand how the office can be closed when I called right after they called me. My daughter experienced a similar experience; however, she picked up and the person on the other line said they were calling from Washington Mutual and asked to confirm her to confirm her telephone number and information. She said you just called me so you should have my phone number. She confronted them regarding fraud and they hung up on her.
