   This guy, Don calls every day sometimes twice and is nothing but a rude smart ass. He ask for someone who doesn't even live at this number. Yes I know the person and they visit me but this is my number being called not the persons he is asking for. Today he called and called me a lier because I told him the person was not here and wasn't that persons number. I told him to take me off his call list and said h e couldn't because it was in his system. I almost told him to take some xlax and get it out of his system. That sure would run the course now wouldn't it. I told him i was recording his converstation and I was and will. Also going to turn him in for a nonsense call and harrassment. Im old,disabled, and sick. I don't need this. Just because I let someone use my phone. Oh, he also calls from different numbers beginning with area code 303

   I get the call from this number once everyday and he doesnt even speak...He/She will hang up in 10 secs.

   I was involved in identity theft last year, and notified AT&T (Cingular) that a cell phone account was fradulently opened using my info..... they sent me a letter after investigating saying not to worry about it, they deemed it fraud, and i'm not responsible for the charges. Now, I'm getting calls from this collection agency about this....very frustrating. He insisted I fax him the letter, which I did, and now that I'm trying to confirm they received it, I get the run around.
